After a decade of managing butcher shops, Paddy realised his dream by opening his own establishment in Kew in 2001. Here, he delighted customers with his award-winning Irish sausages, becoming a local favourite.

In 2017, Paddy expanded his reach by opening a second shop in Bundoora. This new location continued to offer beloved Irish classics like puddings, gammon, rashers, and a variety of Irish groceries. Paddy’s commitment to quality and friendly service has made his shops a cherished part of the community, bringing a taste of Ireland to Australian shores.
